2 TIER FORMAT
After a successful introduction last season, the 2024-2025 season will again feature two divisions - players will be asked to identify the division they would like play in at the time of registration:

TEAM AND INDIVIDUAL PLAYER REGISTRATION
Players can register individually, or as an entire team. Team captains who are interested in registering an entire team must contact [email protected] so a team-specific registration can be set-up.
2024-2025 REGISTRATION FEES
- Individual Players: $525 (Fees frozen for the 2024-25 season!)
- Team Registration: $6,000. (Reduced $500 for 2024-25!) Team must have a minimum of 12 players, and a maximum of 18.

SEASON FORMAT
The 2024-25 BWHA Women’s House League season for both Tier 1 and Tier 2 divisions will be comprised of 18 games plus 1 Championship Day game. The season will begin at the end of September and will wrap up the last weekend of March.
To accommodate the growth in both Tier 1 and Tier 2 players and teams, we’ve had to find more ice on another evening.
- Tier 1 will be played Monday evenings at the East Bayfield Community Centre – start times at 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30pm
- Tier 2 will be played Sunday evenings at the Sadlon Arena – start times at 7:00, 8:00 and 9:00pm
Refund Policy:
- House League registrations include an amount that covers each player’s portion of league overhead and administration costs - including: association expenses (rent, salaries, etc.); OWHA registration and Hockey Canada insurance for players and team officials; jerseys and socks for each player.
- Refunds will not be provided for where a player opts to withdraw once the season has started, or due to injury.
- Please review the BWHA’s refund policy for the 2021-2022 season.
