Office Location and Hours

BWHA Regular Office Hours as of January 3, 2023 

PLEASE NOTE THAT APPAREL WILL BE SOLD FROM 9 AM - 5 PM AT EAST BAYFIELD ARENA ON SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 18TH DURING THE WINTER CLASSIC.  THE SAUNDERS ROAD LOCATION WILL BE CLOSED THAT DAY.  

*Saturday hours include the following upcoming dates:

• January 7, 21
• February 4
• March 4, 18

We strongly recommend that all visitors wear a mask while in the BWHA office and remain respectful of distancing where possible. While walk-ins are welcome and permitted, to expedite your visit and assist you as quickly as possible, appointments are still encouraged to ensure we can give you the time required and meet the needs of each and every BWHA member.  

Members who have pre-booked an appointment with our Office Manager - Suzanne Deschenes, will be attended to first. All walk ins will be managed on a first come, first serve basis.
