BOARD OF DIRECTOR ELECTIONS:

The following positions, normally elected in ODD numbered years, will be elected to 2-year terms at the 2025 AGM:

·        Director of Youth House League

·        Registrar

·        Director of Equipment and Apparel

·        Chief Trainer

·        Secretary

·        Director of Sponsorship and Fundraising

·        Director of Coach and Player Development

NOMINATION DEADLINE:

ALL nomination forms must be submitted using the NOMINATION FORM provided on the BWHA website and delivered to the BWHA Office or via email to [email protected] sixty (60) days prior to AGM.  The deadline for submission on nominations is: Thursday, March 27, 2025 at 11:59 PM. Nominations will not be accepted at the BWHA AGM.

NOTICE OF MOTION DEADLINE:

ANY motions or items for new business must be submitted using the NOTICE OF MOTION FORM provided on the BWHA website and delivered to the BWHA Office or via email to [email protected] thirty (30) days prior to AGM.  The deadline for receipt of motions or items for new business is Saturday, April 26, 2025 at 11:59 PM.  New motions or items for new business will not be accepted at the BWHA AGM.
