NOMINATION DEADLINE:
ALL nomination forms must be submitted using the NOMINATION FORM provided on the BWHA website and delivered to the BWHA Office or via email to [email protected] sixty (60) days prior to AGM. The deadline for submission on nominations is: Thursday, March 28, 2024 at 11:59 PM. Nominations will not be accepted at the BWHA AGM.
NOTICE OF MOTION DEADLINE:
ANY motions or items for new business must be submitted using the NOTICE OF MOTION FORM provided on the BWHA website and delivered to the BWHA Office or via email to [email protected] thirty (30) days prior to AGM. The deadline for receipt of motions or items for new business is Saturday, April 27, 2024 at 11:59 PM. New motions or items for new business will not be accepted at the BWHA AGM.
