BOARD OF DIRECTOR ELECTIONS
The following positions, normally elected in EVEN numbered years, will be elected to 2-year terms at the 2026 AGM:
- President
- Director of Competitive
- Director of Game Officials
- Director of Marketing and Communications
- Director of Tournaments
- Treasurer
- Director of Women's House League
NOMINATION DEADLINE
ALL nominations must be submitted using the Nomination Form provided on the BWHA.ca website and delivered to the BWHA Office or via email to [email protected] sixty (60) days prior to AGM. The deadline for receipt of nominations is Thursday, March 26, 2026 at 11:59 PM. Nominations will not be accepted after the deadline, or at the BWHA AGM.

NOTICE OF MOTION DEADLINE
ALL motions or items for new business must be submitted using the NOTICE OF MOTION FORM provided on BWHA.ca and delivered to the BWHA Office or via email to [email protected] thirty (30) days prior to AGM. The deadline for receipt of motions or items for new business is Saturday, April 25, 2026 at 11:59 PM. New motions or items for new business will not be accepted after the deadline or at the BWHA AGM.
