In order for team staff members to be added to the official OWHA roster, online registration must first be completed by each staff member:
2. Use your existing RAMP account login to access the system. Use the FORGOT PASSWORD link if required. If you have never registered as a staff member, but has registered a player, use that login. Only create a new account if you have never had an account before - DO NOT create a duplicate account, which will cause more difficulty. 3. Once logged in use the COACH/
STAFF REGISTRATION option and enter all of the requested information - including updating certification information where required.
4. If your Hockey Canada Registration ID (HCRID) number is present - DO NOT CHANGE IT. If your HCRID is not shown, or if you are creating a new account, click on the FIND YOUR HOCKEY CANADA NUMBER button.
5. Select the AGE DIVISION for the team you will be volunteering with. Select your role from the drop down list.
6. Add or update any information about your certifications - including only the date completed and location. All certifications - including coach certificates, Respect in Sport, and Hockey Trainer Certification Program (HTCP) - are stored in your Hockey Canada profile and are uploaded automatically within days of completion. You should keep an electronic copy of any certificates to provide in case verification is required.
