High Performance Coaches


U13AA - Dan Pellarin
Currently an assistant coach with Barrie Sharks U11AA, Dan brings a wealth of experience and a passion for developing young athletes. With over 18 years of coaching in hockey, soccer and ball hockey, Dan is known for his ability to connect with players, foster their growth, and build strong team dynamics. His resume includes leadership roles with the North Simcoe Capitals, Midland Centennials and St. Theresa's High School, where he has cultivated a reputation for excellence in both skill development and mentorship. 

U15AA - Brad Arsenault
Brad is a highly experienced coach with a deep passion for player development and team-building. His coaching philosophy focuses on creating a fun and challenging environment where athletes can grow both on and off the ice. Brad brings decades of experience, having coached at various levels, including the Oakville Hornets, Stoney Creek Sabres, and most recently as the head coach of Barrie Sharks U13AA. Brad's commitment to fostering elite-level programming is matched by his dedication to teaching athletes the value of teamwork, hard work and personal growth. A non-parent coach, he is driven by his love for the game and the development of young athletes.

U18-AA - Joey Levac
With over a decade of coaching experience, including recently as the assistant coach for Barrie Sharks U18AA, Joey brings a strong commitment to player development and team cohesion. His coaching philosophy emphasizes leadership, teamwork and relentless effort, aiming to develop well-rounded athletes prepared for post-secondary and U22AA levels. His dedication to accountability, sportsmanship, and player advancement will be central to the team's success.
